Complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.**This position reports to**:Engineering Manager I**Your responsibilities**:- Reviews all project documents for conformity, safety, and quality assurance.- Works with the customer to shape and deliver solutions and seeks customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.- Participates in project meetings and resolves any outstanding technical issues to meet contractual obligations.- Assists in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs.- Coaches engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices and lessons learned from past projects.- Ensures that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.- Actively contributes and shares experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.- Applies Design Thinking / Design for Excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, proto-typing, simulations, and calculations.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable), Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrician Engineer or similar.- 5 years of experience working in similar position.- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Solid works (sheet metal), CREO (sheet metal) and AutoCAD.- Deep knowledge of Low Voltage MCC plus Low Voltage Switchgear.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
