The PX Manager serves as a trusted advisor for employee relations and performance management initiatives, ensuring our team's experience reflects MaryRuth's core values and commitment to employee well‑being. This position will also be pivotal in maintaining compliance with local employment laws and optimizing our engagement strategies across diverse regions. This role will report to the People Experience Director and is a full‑time (40 hr /wk), salaried, remote position. The compensation range for this role is MXN 480,000 to 600,000 per year. Responsibilities Strategic People Experience Leadership Serve as the primary People Experience representative for the Mexico region, aligning strategies with local employment laws and best practices. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, balancing leadership perspectives with employee advocacy to promote fairness and engagement. Provide guidance and structure for regional employees' performance management, delivering constructive feedback to stakeholders and ensuring equitable evaluations. Culture & Employee Engagement Drive strategic planning and execution of employee experience initiatives, rotating activities across the People Experience leadership team to foster a culture of belonging. Organize community outreach events (both virtual and in‑person) that reinforce MaryRuth's ESG goals and commitment to local community support. Manage projects aimed at improving the employee experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs. Operational Alignment Lead interactions with local Employer of Record (EoR) or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partners, ensuring consistent representation of MaryRuth's culture and practices. Collaborate on the implementation of HRIS and digital tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee satisfaction and engagement. Champion cross‑functional collaboration with teams such as Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to integrate people strategies with broader business objectives. Develop strategies to leverage both agentic and generative AI tools to enhance HR processes, while addressing potential challenges such as bias, data privacy, and employee trust.
