**OBJECTIVE****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide first and second-level troubleshooting.- Manage the IT support ticketing system and assist the IT support team in meeting service level agreement (SLA) objectives.- Implement various IT services and software.- Deploy workstations and equipment for new hires as required in advance.- Perform regular maintenance, monitor, and troubleshoot all systems on the company’s workstations.- Install, maintain, support, and manage the inventory of software and hardware on all workstations.- Provide excellent customer service to both on-site and remote employees through phone sessions and/or remote desktop support.- Assist in the development of network and server infrastructure.- Work alongside team members to support operations in multiple locations in both the United States and Mexico.- Perform other tasks as assigned.**REQUIREMENTS**:- 2 years of experience in a similar position.- Advanced level of English- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Experience in user support.- Account creation experience.- Interaction with vendors.Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your level of English?- What is your salary expectation?- re you available to work at Parque Industrial Los Brazos?
