CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEQUALIFICATIONS:- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION; ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY.- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS; ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE PROFESSIONALLY, EFFECTIVELY AND WITH EMPATHY IN POTENTIALLY DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES.- MULTITASKING SKILLS AND THE DETAIL-ORIENTED FOCUS REQUIRED FOR A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.- BASIC PC KNOWLEDGE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS, INTERNET AND MAINSTREAM WEB BROWSERS.- BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH A PLUS.SHIFT:TRAINING 8:00AM TO 4:00PM (1-2 WEEKS)MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (NINE-HOUR SHIFT, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.))SALARY AND BENEFITS:- MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16000- MONTHLY GROSS PERFORMANCE BONUS UP TO $5,100 METRICS BASED ON INTAKES AND PERFECT ATTENDANCE TO BE ELEGIBLE.- BONUS WILL BE PAYED ONCE A MONTH.- $1500 FOOD STAMPS (EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO START AT LEAST THE 5TH DAY OF - THE MONTH TO RECEIVE PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING MONTH)- 4% SAVINGS STAMPS- 15 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS (INCREASES 1 DAY PER YEAR, UP TO 21 DAYS)- ALL OTHER LAW BENEFITS: VACATIONS, IMSS, PROFIT SHARETipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidos- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
