Sales Person for Coliving companyJob descriptionWe are looking for a full-time remote Sales Person to work for SharedEasy ColivingSharedEasy is based in New York company, which provides full-service Coliving services to anyone looking to move to a new city and meet new people. Coliving is a shared housing model. Our Residents share kitchens, living rooms, and other common spaces with all members, and have a private or shared bedroom of their choice. Everything is included in the flat fee: utilities, wifi, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, and anything else needed upon moving into a new place.We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated business-oriented people, who will become the next generation of employees, who are turning the real estate market in the USA and around the world into a customer-focused industry. SharedEasy currently has a steady influx of inbound leads coming in daily, via multiple sales channels. You will respond to and qualify leads as the first point of contact for prospective customers, who are looking to join one of our existing houses.**Responsibilities**:- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from inquiry to payment- Conducting a significant volume of outbound and inbound phone calls to prospective and existing clients- Processing all bookings and payments, and establishing recurring payment schedules for residents- Sourcing for clients via social media, third-party platforms, and other potential avenues- Publishing and maintaining online listings to increase potential inquiries- Resolving customer queries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer support- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales performance- Performing all sales processes as directed by your supervisor- Track key metrics such as conversion rates, room inventory, occupancy level**Requirements**:- Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related industries, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent Grammar, Spelling, and Communication in English: Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and conversational skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and effectively address their needs.- Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.- Self-motivated and Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, prioritize tasks, and consistently achieve measurable results.- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize performance.- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when processing bookings, managing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.- Bachelor's Degree (preferred): While not required, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Availability for Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing sales activities effectively without direct supervision, while staying connected with the team through virtual communication channels.Terms of employment:- 2-month fully paid probationary period.- Work hours - 40 hours per week, according to the weekly schedule from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm EDT- A total of 2 paid vacation weeks is provided per year: one week for every 6 months of work.Compensation:$1000/month + Sales Bonus ($400 - $720 depending on the plan achievements)+ additional sales bonus based on personal perfomancePay: From $18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What days and times are you free for the interview?
