Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as:Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to work independently and with teams to:- Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.- Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.- Grow to increase scope of responsibilities.Competencies - To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:- Customer Service oriented- Oral and written Communication- Tracking skills- Teamwork- Multitask- Organizational Support- Planning/Organizing- Professionalism- Excellent quality and quantity of work- Attendance/Punctuality- Dependability- Quick learner- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision- Persistence- Responsible**Qualifications**:Education and/or Experience:- Associates degree from University (Engineering or Administrative degree); or a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales or a combination of education and experience.Computer Skills:- The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
