Also responsible for supplier management activities such as CAPA investigations, supplier risk assessments, qualification and validation activities, and implementation of logistics projects in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with global/local SOPs and GxP regulations.**About the Role**:LI-Hybrid**Location: Mexico City, Mexico****Key Responsibilities**:- Manage allocation of production orders across multiple production sites considering capacity, lead times, flight schedules, logistics routes, and country-specific regulatory requirements.- Develop optimal distribution strategy with proactive planning and appropriate lead-time to ensure compliance and continuity of RLT supplies, emphasizing customer needs, data integrity, and accuracy.- Maintain close collaboration with country-level stakeholders, global supply chain teams, RLT Control Tower, order management teams, and manufacturing site teams to develop processes for optimal distribution.- Identify, assess, and proactively communicate distribution risks; elaborate contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.- Work with suppliers on routing plans to improve performance metrics, including on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.- Lead action plans to achieve delivery performance targets and drive continuous improvement.- Develop cross-functional processes to improve logistics operations.- Responsible for quality events, incident investigations, CAPA implementation, qualifications and validations, SOP implementation, change control management, and risk assessments related to logistics processes.- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to ensure relevant activities are completed in line with production needs.- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements within area of responsibility.**Main Requirements**:- Master’s degree in engineering or administrative field- Minimum 5 years of planning experience, preferably in radiopharmaceutical logistics- Proven expertise in B2C logistics and timely delivery operations- Fluent in written and spoken English- Strong proficiency in planning software tools and document management systems- Deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality compliance standards- Demonstrated experience in supplier qualification, CAPA, and risk assessments- Excellent collaboration skills with global and country-level stakeholdersDivisionOperationsBusiness UnitUniversal Hierarchy NodeLocationMexicoSiteINSURGENTESCompany / Legal EntityMX06 (FCRS = MX006) Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V.Functional AreaTechnical OperationsJob TypeFull timeEmployment TypeRegularShift WorkNo**Accessibility and accommodation**:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.
