Our Accounts Payable department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support new pipelines projects.We are looking for our accounts payable analyst who has knowledge and experience in Invoice processing in SAP, mandatory tax requirements, Accounting and English communication skills.**Responsibilities**:- Accurately process properly coded invoices prior to payment due dates- Actively contribute to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver productivity in line with service level agreements (SLAs)- Assist in the resolution of functional or technical issues with Supply Chain and requestors- Assure and maintain data integrity on all inputs- Contribute to the development, effective implementation and sustainability of a robust continuous improvement program that delivers superior performance- Contribute work for a team- Document, implement, comply and communicate policies and procedures related to AP- Effectively use reports, KPI's, trends, forecasting, and other tools to contrast current performance against goals, and identify opportunities for process optimization- Ensure compliance to training requirements, work standards, policies, procedures- Manage day to day task assignment for team members- Match PO invoices to goods / services receipts and process for payment prior to due dates and follow up on exceptions- Oversee the processing of invoices into SAP and confirm that payments made in a timely manner, ensuring compliance to internal controls, maintaining invoice volume, cycle time & accuracy goals- Oversee the reconciliation and reporting for AP function- Participate in proactively engaging with the AP team to understand requirements and support in the development of AP plans / strategies- Analyze On Time Payment data in order to provide route cause about the items that weren’t paid after the due date- Contribute to maintain and monitoring the correct functionality of the SAP and AP tools (Power BI Reports, SAP Reports, RPA, etc)- Managing checks printed: gather physical signatures, reconcile them, scan, prepare envelopment, notify to requestors the courier details. Also process certifications of checks in the bankMinimum qualifications- Degree in accounting, financial or economy- Minimum three years of Accounts Payable / Accounting experience- Basic Mexican Tax Law Knowledge- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (ex.
