**About Us**:We are a fast-growing digital advertising agency specializing in Google Ads primarily as well as Meta Ads. Most of our clients are lead generation, but we are dipping into e-commerce marketing. With a strong client base and proven results, we’re now looking for a **Client Success Manager** to take the lead in client communication, retention, and relationship management.**Role Overview**:We are looking for a **proactive, highly communicative, and ad-savvy** Client Success Manager (CSM) to **handle client relationships, reporting, updates, and ensure a smooth client experience.** This role is not just about managing accounts—it’s about keeping our clients informed, engaged, and confident in their advertising campaigns.You will act as the **bridge between our PPC team and clients**, ensuring all updates, concerns, and performance insights are properly communicated. While you won’t be actively managing ad campaigns, **you must have a strong understanding of paid ads (Google Ads is a must)** to provide insights, handle client questions, and navigate conversations with confidence.**Responsibilities**:**Client Communication & Relationship Management**- Be the primary point of contact for client interactions.- Send regular campaign updates and performance insights.- Ensure clients feel informed and confident in their ad strategy.- Address client concerns, questions, and feedback, relaying necessary info to the PPC team.- Occasionally participate in client meetings (eventually taking some off the agency owner's plate).**Reporting & Strategic Insights**- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports in a **clear, client-friendly** format.- Explain campaign results and potential optimizations in simple terms.- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and communicate them proactively.**Internal Coordination & Account Management**- Act as the **liaison between clients and the PPC team**, ensuring requests and updates are executed.- Follow up on action items to ensure smooth execution.- Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, feedback, and requests.**Client Retention & Upselling Opportunities**- Keep an eye on **client happiness & retention**, addressing concerns early.- Identify potential **upsell opportunities** (e.g., expanding ad budgets, adding Meta Ads).- Help **prevent churn** by ensuring consistent client satisfaction.**What We Offer**:⭐ **Contract-to-Hire Opportunity** - Start as a contractor and transition to a full-time role if it’s a great fit.⭐ **Autonomy & Growth** - You’ll be trusted to own client relationships and make a real impact.⭐ **Established Systems & SOPs** - We have streamlined processes to make your job easier.⭐ **Remote Work & Flexible Schedule** - As long as client needs are met, we value work-life balance.
