CWP extends SAP EAM and Supply Chain functionality with pre-packaged, natively built mobile apps, certified by SAP and developed with UX principles.We are seeking an exceptional Plant Operations Domain Expert with a focus on managing rounds, round planning, scheduling, execution, shift handover, compliance tracking, and safety improvement.You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our product management and professional services teams to shape our products. Specifically, you will ensure that our solutions align with the needs of plant operations professionals, improving compliance, safety, and overall operational efficiency.How You Will Make An Impact- Product Collaboration: Partner with the product management team to provide insights and recommendations on product development, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning, focusing on optimizing plant operations.- User Persona Analysis: Deeply understand the challenges, pain points, and goals of plant operations professionals who rely on our solutions.- Workflow Optimization: Work on features and capabilities that optimize plant operations workflows, with a particular focus on rounds management, planning, scheduling, execution, shift handover, and safety protocols.- Safety Enhancement: Work on features and capabilities that improve safety compliance and incident prevention within plant operations.- Compliance Tracking: Work on features and capabilities within our solution to effectively track and report on compliance with regulatory and safety standards.- Solution Design: Be the voice of the customer; As an SME, collaborate with product managers and designers to conceptualize and design user-centric solutions tailored to the needs of plant operations professionals.- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into actionable product features.- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation tailored to plant operations professionals, empowering them to maximize the value of our solution.- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest plant operations trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure our solution remains at the forefront of the field.- Rapid Iteration and Execution: Champion a culture of speed and agility, driving rapid product iteration and execution. Set high bars for quality, efficiency, and speed-to-market. Break down complex problems into actionable steps, and relentlessly prioritize to deliver results quickly.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, professional services and sales teams to align on product design and development. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and cross-functional excellence.
