**Position Summary**Critical Technical position in one of the fastest growing Product Lines. Opportunity to combine Strong Technical and Creative Business skills into a vital role developing our Next Generation products.**Your Role**Lead/own assigned Design Request/F3x projects w/State of Art outputs (proof of concept through PPAP/SOP)Assure on-time Delivery and Quality of Engineering outputs as required by Project PlanSupport Manager/Supervisor in driving PL to achieve Business Objectives and GoalsStrong collaboration within the VES Teams as well as across functional areas and multi-regional teamsProvide Professional Customer service to Exceed Customer Expectations**Your Background**- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- 3-5 Years in a Design/Development Role of Electrical/Electronic Products for Automotive Fields- Technical/Design experience- Customer interfacing experience**Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves)**:- Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- MBA or equivalent- 10+ years in a Design/Development Role of Electrical/Electronic Products for Automotive Fields- Specific experience with EV architectures and related HV Connection Systems**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**- Competitive compensation package.- Learning, professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment.- Recognition for innovation and excellence.- Opportunities to give back to the community.- Meaningful work that makes a difference in the worldAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
