Scroll down to learn more about the position’s responsibilities and requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs- Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization- Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful- Change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams - Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management- Provide technical and developer support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs- Follow notification and escalation procedures- Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues- Identify and document product bugs and feature requests and work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions- Work closely with internal support teams to improve cloud products at a senior level- Oversees a small group support engineers (5-6) and motivates them to do their job efficiently**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Any Cloud)- Knows ITIL Operational Support & Analysis- Experience with People Management- Support experience (monitoring, software maintenance, new features, etc) 1-2 years- At least 3 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer or a combination of Networking and System Administrator- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX**Nice to have**:- Experience in Google Cloud Platform preferred- Experience in VMs (Google Compute Engine, VMware, Amazon EC2, etc.)- Familiarity with BigQuery, Cloud Storage and CloudSQL- Coding ability in one or more languages (Java, Python, C++ etc.)- Familiarity with software commonly used on VMs (MongoDB, Hadoop etc.)- Experience in deploying and managing distributed systems and clusters- Familiarity with web and mail protocols (HTTP, TLS, SMTP, etc.)- Knowledge of Windows**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more.)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage.
