Location: Querétaro, Mexico
Salary Range: $70,000-80,000 Pesos per Month.
Position Responsibilities:
CJ Logistics is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Country Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the HR function for our operations in Mexico, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals in Mexico.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build an inclusive workforce.
- Implement talent management programs to nurture employee learning/development and career progression.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues. Develop action plans to address attrition and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with local market standards.
- Conduct regular market analysis to keep compensation practices up-to-date.
Training and Development:
- Develop training programs that enhance employee skills and promote career development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local employment and labor laws/regulations.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and adapt company policies accordingly.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and key indicators.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
