The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas- Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes- Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction- Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates- Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies- Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment- Ability to analyze data and solve problems- Proven organizational and time management skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**PARA LA POSICIÓN REQUERIMOS**:- Entre 0 a 2 años de **experiência en dictamen de quejas/aclaraciones**relacionadas a productos y servicios bancarios.- Habilidad de comunicación escrita y oral, capacidad analítica y habilidades de negociación, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, interactúa con diversas áreas operativas y legal, etc.- Proactividad para implementación de mejoras en el proceso.- Trabajo bajo presión /** Todos los asuntos cuentan con términos legales que deben de cumplirse puntualmente.**:- Manejo de Microsoft Office.- E**xperiencia en dictamen de quejas/aclaraciones** relacionadas a productos y servicios que presta la Institución Banco Nacional de México y Tarjetas Banamex SOFOM- ** Deseables conocimientos sobre regulaciones bancarias** aplicables a las reclamaciones CONDUSEF/Audiencias y Gestión Ordinaria- Adaptación al cambio- Trabajo en Equipo- Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.- ** Capacidad de sintaxis, redacción, ortografía, concordancia y congruencia en la información, análisis y fundamentación.**:- ** Conocimiento sobre procesos de atención de Audiencias/Gestión Ordinaria Condusef****EL OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN ES**:- Análisis y dictaminación de quejas/aclaraciones presentadas por los Usuarios sobre los productos y servicios que presta la Institución ante Condusef;- Elaboración de Respuesta adjuntando las evidencias correspondientes de conformidad a lo que establece la ley, matrices de criterios de dictamen, política Institucional, etc. para la elaboración del informe de Ley por parte del abogado externo.- Seguimiento de información y/o documentación con las diversas áreas involucradas.- Envío de respuestas a los Especialistas Operativos para la atención de audiencias/Gestión Ordinaria ante CONDUSEF.- Atención y apoyo a los Especialistas operativos y/o a los abogados externos sobre las dudas que se generen del dictamen para la atención de las audiencias celebradas.- Atención al cierre de los folios One Complaint en tiempo.- Elaboración de reportes asignados.- Administración y manejo completo del expediente en DIRECT.- Cumplir con los controles ARCM, obteniendo las evidencias que servirán para el Testing de los controles.- Manejo esencial de todos los asuntos para coadyuvar en el cumplimiento dentro de los criterios del IDATU.**LA MODALIDAD Y HORARIO DE LA POSICIÓN ES**:- AV.
