You will plan, organize, and control all activities focused on maintaining the efficiency of machinery and equipment.*****YOUR TASK WILL BE***- Responsible for all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working conditions for production- Planning, organization, and control of activities to maintain the efficiency of machinery and equipment and plant facilities- Lay out changes and equipment transfers.- Department's budget control and execution- Maintain all systems and certifications of the plant- Responsible for fixed assets of both building and equipment as well as plant’s capital projects- Promote and identify continuous improvement projects.- Tool crib management**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related.- 3+ years as managerial role desirable in automotive industry- Personnel Management- Self-directed, Disciplined- Electrical installations, pneumatic, PLC, automation and Lean Manufacturing knowledge- Proficient English Level- Communication SkillsPuesto: Mantenimiento**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
