Mexico- Operations- Global Wealth Management**Job Reference #**- BR**City**- Mexico D.F.**Job Type**- Full Time**Your role**- The Trade & Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and events including booking, validation, filing, archiving and handling of queries. This also includes the comparison and validation of data, reversal/cancellation of bookings, reconciliation of transactions and positions, and can include cash management/cashier (payment) activities as well as reconciliation of client service issues.- perform daily 4-eye check of (market) trades, monitoring unaffirmed trades- manage transactional, documentation queries from external and internal clients, like counterparties, front office and finance- see that control processes and procedures (reconciliation, payments etc.) all comply with our standards, policies and regulatory requirements- support ongoing client, regulatory and audit requirements on regular and ad-hoc basis- provide reporting to internal and external clients, and support ad-hoc projects (including process review and change)- responsible for the life cycle of client information files handled by Data & Documents**Your team**- You’ll be working in the Operations & Onboarding WM team in Mexico. We’re responsible for timely, accurate processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As a client data and process specialist, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.**Your expertise**- ideally 2+ years of previous experience in onboarding /operations environment- good understanding of OTC/derivatives products and trade lifecycle, client setup- proficient computer skills including MS office, with advanced MS Excel- experience of interacting with middle and front offices to resolve clients queries and issues- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking, business administration, finance or a related field- adaptable, organized and able to adjust communication style to audience**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
