Recruitment Strategy**: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.**7. Onboarding Support**: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.**8. Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.**9. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.**Requirements**:- Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment.- Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics in LatAm essential- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.- Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage- Comfortable conducting business in English**At The Global Talent Co** our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent.
