**¿Qué harás?**Como Ejecutivo de ventas por teléfono, tu misión principal será:- Incrementar las ventas y la participación en la atención de los clientes mediante estrategias de prospección, seguimiento y fidelización.- Contactar a los clientes, identificar sus necesidades, ofrecer soluciones personalizadas e impulsar la venta a través de promociones, asesoría comercial y una atención proactiva.**¿Qué buscamos?**- **Formación académica**: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Sistemas o afín. Es necesario contar con título.- **Conocimientos**: Conocimientos paquetería de Office CRM, ERP. Gusto por las ventas y la tecnología. Manejo del idioma inglés intermedio.- **Experiência**: 6 meses o prácticas profesionales.- **Habilidades**: Iniciativa, pensamiento analítico, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados.- **Disponibilidad**: Tiempo completo.
