Responsabilidades principales: ✔ Analizar costos y variaciones en procesos de manufactura. ✔ Preparar reportes financieros, P&L y KPIs mensuales. ✔ Apoyar en presupuestos, pronósticos y auditorías. ✔ Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y controles. ✔ Colaborar con áreas como Operaciones, Ingeniería y Supply Chain para impulsar mejoras continuas. Perfil ideal: ✅ Experiencia en costos y control financiero en plantas de manufactura. ✅ Conocimiento en análisis de variaciones, presupuestos y auditorías. ✅ Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicar información financiera de manera clara.
