**Position**:As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Manager or Team Manager to coach and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will be a role model to the team and will support in operational duties. Ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handled client-related situations. Proactively provide Corporate office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market.**Profile**:To be successful in this position a minimum of 5 years specialty retail experience is required. Managing teams with a professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English.
