Logistics Sales Representative

**Description**The Carrier Sales is responsible for procuring carriers for new or existing business, operational needs and/or margin improvements.**Key Responsibilities**- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing carriers.- Regularly communicate with carriers to understand their capabilities, capacity, and market conditions.- Negotiate favorable terms and rates with carriers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.- Stay informed about market trends and conditions to negotiate competitive agreements- Monitor and assess carrier capacity to ensure it aligns with the company's needs.- Negotiate with carriers to generate capacity for new and existing business.- Constantly look for new carriers to work with according to the company’s needs.**Qualifications**- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- English level - Advance- Experience: Minimum At least 1 year of proven experience in logistics of transportation and/or brokerage, and/or sales- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Effective communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve problems efficiently.**Work Environment**- Location: ON SITE (office located in San Pedro Garza Garcia)- Hours: M-F**Benefits**:- Private Medical Insurance- Law Benefits- Commissions Bonus- Competitive Salary- Growth opportunityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $25,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años de experiência tienes en ventas?Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
