**OBJETIVO**:Es el responsable de gestionar las operaciones diarias del área asignada. Analizar los diferentes procesos y aplicar mejoras. Trabajar de cerca con el inspector de calidad para monitorear y controlar el indicador de calidad. Responsable de evaluar los procesos existentes y configurar los sistemas de fabricación para reducir costos, mejorar la sostenibilidad y desarrollar las mejores prácticas dentro del proceso de producción.

El Ingeniero de procesos deberá interactuar dentro del equipo para todos los aspectos de Ingeniería en el área de producción.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Tomar tiempos y movimientos y balanceo de líneas.- Análisis de procesos para reducir defectos, costos, cantidad de operaciones.- Desarrollo del análisis del modo de falla y efectos en el proceso (PFMEA) y Flow Chart.- Debe desarrollar un análisis de la causa raíz para cada problema relacionado con el proceso y entregar los resultados dentro de las siguientes 48 horas.- Conocimiento y manejo de la lista de materiales.- Fabricación y validación de accesorios para la mejora de procesos.- Validacion del proceso de manufactura de nuevos productos.- Monitorear índices de calidad y aplicar ayudas visuales.- Desarrolla, modifica y mantiene procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) de producción.- Desarrollar y monitorear la compra de materiales y equipos.- Seguimiento del conjunto de actividades e informe de avance.- Debe seguir el programa de ideas Kaizen proporcionando al menos una al mes.- Informe diario de actividades.- Costeo de nuevos procesos y mejoras.- Diseño de Procesos y Maquinaria (equipo).**Requisitos**:- 2-3 años como Ingeniero de Manufactura.- Licenciatura, Ingeniería u otro título profesional, o cursando últimos semestres de la carrera.- Conocimiento y experiência en Solid Works y Autocad.- Inglés avanzado (85%) hablado y escrito.- Conocimientos computacionales: Medio (manejo de Office y/o programas de aplicación)- Conocimiento y desarrollo de Kaizen, Gemba, A3, 8 desperdicios.- Programación y Desarrollo de Automatización.- Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing.
