Here’s your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media, and technology to transform our company and your career. _**_As _**_Sr. Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will:_**- _Be responsible for all process required within our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) are done in quality and timely manner_- _1 to 2 years full cycle Staffing/ Recruiting or HR experience. _- _Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Human Resource Management Systems, including spreadsheets. _- _Very good oral and written communication skills, including Engish Profiiency. _- _Very good client experience and follow up skills. _- _Well organized and delivering results under challenging scenarios. _- _Basic knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws in Mexico_- _Experience within a call center environment will be a plus._
