Senior Construction Representative-

Initiate and organize project teams consisting of multi-discipline members from engineering, finance, purchasing, safety, contractors, and partners.Plan Develop and Execute full construction projects, ensure the contractor effective compliance with construction plans, specifications, and schedules. Work also includes the coordination of activities of the plant engineering and construction departments, engineering group, the contractor, and the owner unit as it relates to construction projects. Work is of an involved technical nature calling for a considerable amount of perception and initiative in order to perform decisions. Work is performed independently and is accompanied by a high level of independent judgment. May supervise clerical employees and coordinate work of other construction representatives.Blueprints (Drawings, Diagrams), and specifications for contractors and/or the owner comprehension.Monitor construction to assure compliance with contract documents.Coordinate activities between engineering, contractors and owner, including avoidance of interferences.Monitor and maintain the Project Program, and issues progress report.Prepare and issue emergency field orders and authorizes field changes, Approves and transmits invoices, checking completion of work against billing.
