And we’re growing**The Role**Required Skills : Business analysis, process re-engineering, gap analysis, requirements gathering, feature/user story creation**Responsibilities**- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.- Oversee the development and implementation of reporting solutions to meet business needs.- Provide expertise in Jira to manage and track project progress.- Utilize proprietary video tools to support project deliverables.- Manage portfolio and project management (PPM) activities to ensure successful project outcomes.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Support the development of business cases and project proposals.- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience- 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience- 2 + years of experience working in Media industry- Strong business background with the ability to facilitate business asks into business outcomes while working with scrum teams.- Experience translating business asks into requirements and user stories- Experience effectively working with development teams to deliver business outcomes- Experience validating business asks through user acceptance testing.- Experience working with UML, API based architecture and using Swagger- Demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch- Ability to handle ambiguity and white space.- The embodiment of Cognizant’s Core Values of: Start with a point of view; Seek data, build knowledge; Always strive, never settle; Work as one; Create conditions for everyone to thrive; Do the right thing, the right way- Ability to be on-site or at the client location or cognizant location as needed
