This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily accounts receivable activities for all business entities.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Managing the accounts receivable process, including third-party partners.- Invoicing customers monthly.- Recording & depositing customer and resident payments.- Resolving questions with residents and staff.- Training and overseeing new hires on Accounts Receivable process.- Accurately updating our system with any customer changes.- Reviewing AR Aging to identify customer accounts in need of immediate collection.- Assist the Controller in various routine or strategic initiatives that may require accounting analysis or reporting.- Assist with Accounts Payable or any other general administrative duties as determined by management.- Assist with analysis & reporting as needed.- Strong customer Service**Requirements**:- Four-year college or university degree desired.- Accounting certifications not required but preferred.- Minimum four years prior experience in accounting or financial analysis.- Proven experience using Excel to generate reporting and analysis for management.- Knowledge of Vision or related accounting software.- Experience using payroll system desired.- Prior experience working with multiple entities desired.- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- 12 Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
