For this Temporal position which will be for the duration of 6 months.As a Customer Master Assistant you will play a pivotal role in the execution of the neccesary activities for our company’s Global Customer Master Project, specifically on Account Merge operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in achiving a comprenhensive understanding of customer master data by a hollistic view of the customer to enrich our Alcon’s Digital Future.Participating as LATAM Customer Master Assitant, you will be providing support on the required tasks assigned to the countries of México, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru and Ecuador.This will be you job functions:- Accountable for ensuring timely and successful completion of assigned activities with high quality deliverables to reach the deployment goals aimed at establishing a reliable Customer Database.- Correct Customer Data base analysis, current and new logic understanding- Mapping the correct relationship and hierarchies for our accounts- Mapping the cleaning of our Customer Data Base with only usable accounts- Mapping the correct new Critical Data Elements based on the current and new fields, ensuring the remanence of their intended functionalities- Following the stablished procedures and escalating any identified deviations for guidance and resolution- Monitoring and providing required progress updates- Having active participation in our Project Regional Meetings- Reporting to our AGS Coordinator and Regional Process Owners- Having communication with our cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business needs are being addressed- Collaborating with our local Customer Master Administrators
