**IoT Technology Specialist**Location: Monterrey, Mexico**Key Activities**:- Participates in the selection, definition and go-live of new support technologies and ways of working;- Provides guidance and coaching to other product team members on changes throughout the design process;- Identifies potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these;- Partners and influences PO to introduce enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture;- Is self-organising with other team members. There is no separate management layer, work is planned and executed by the team;- Is a dedicated team member that remain assigned to the Product Team over longer periods of time, it may be possible for this person to do “L1.5 support” (if by when directing support requests he/she can already take action with the tools available).- Is a tech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements;- Understand business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations;- Ensures the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards;- Collaborate with a team of analytics enablement platform product and advance analytics to design, build and support internal business intelligence / analytics platforms to aggregate data across internal and external technical sources and disseminate analytical insights globally within the company.- Cultural awareness and handling of communication styles (e.g. other cultures may speak very direct OR without filtering their language/ideas, “complain/fight” a lot, etc. and that’s “normal” in their system of behavior and culture.**Requirements**:- _Hands-on experience in support organizations, troubleshooting and service delivery. Preferably experienced in _**_RCA_**_, _**_ServiceNow_**_, _**_ITIL_**_._- _Experience in _**_SCADA/Historian systems (Kepware ServerEX, Ignition, Proficy, etc.)_**- _Has strong experience in Historian/IoT connectivity and different OT protocols (_**_OPC UA, MQTT, Siemens Suite, Allen Bradley_**_)_- _Must have _**_PLC _**_programming experience._- _Must know/have experience with _**_OSI model _**_(doesn’t need to be an expert)._- _Fluent _**_English _**_and excellent communication skills._
