**Descripción del trabajo**:- Guiar, supervisar y mejorar los procesos de desarrollo asegurando la correcta transferencia de los nuevos proyectos, mejorando la eficiencia en producción.- Supervisar las actividades de cada ingeniero de procesos y asegurar el seguimiento de las validaciones en curso, así como también estas sean concluidas en tiempo y forma.- Auditar los procesos de validación y documentar las hojas de proceso y rendimiento de cada validación, así como asegurar la información que será transferida al ingeniero de billetes de materiales para la configuración del sistema.- Asistir a los ingenieros de procesos en la implementación de sistemas de calidad y estándares, reducir el impacto de factores negativos en calidad en el desarrollo de nuevos productos para asegurar que el producto alcance los requerimientos de cliente.- Participar en la evaluación de moldes y equipo en una etapa temprana del desarrollo y asegurar las primeras validaciones se realicen en tiempo.- Brindar soporte en otras asignaciones definidas por el supervisor.**Educación: Licenciatura - Ingenieria Industrial, Mecánica, Inyección o afín.****Experiência / Habilidades**:+10 Años de experiência en el sector industrial de manufactura+ 5 Años de experiência en el ramo de la industria cosmética o similar (preferentemente)Conocimiento en los procesos de validación de moldeoConocimiento en los procesos de validación de pintura base solventeConocimiento en los procesos de validación de decorado por serigrafia y estampadoConocimiento en los procesos de validación de equipos de automatizaciónConocimiento de FMEA y control planUsuario intermedio - avanzado en software de diseño 2D y 3DManejo de sistemas ERPManejo de MS ProjectOrientación de servicio al clienteIngles > 90%Chino mandarín preferentemente > 60%Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- DiurnoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 18/02/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 18/02/2025
