DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Recibir y realizar llamadas de clientes para validar transacciones sospechosas.- Garantizar altos níveles de servicio al cliente- Verificar la identidad de los clientes a través de métodos de autentificación.- Evaluar la validez de las transacciones de riesgo en función de patrones de comportamiento y alertas del sistema.- Ofrecer soluciones rápidas y precisas para resolver problemas de bloqueos y garantizar la seguridad de las cuentas.- Documentar las interacciones y acciones tomadas en el sistema para mantener un registro detallado.- Colaborar con otros equipos internos para resolver casos complejos y mejorar los procesos de detección de fraude.- Analizar tendencias de fraude para identificar posibles mejoras en los procedimientos de prevención.- Mitigar riesgos para evitar pérdidas- Trabajar con el equipo de investigación, estrategia, y servicio al cliente para revisar y auditar los falsos positivos de las reglas de riesgo para mejorar la experiência del usuario.Role Qualifications:- Buscamos profesionales con al menos 1 año de experiência en gestión de riesgos de transacciones con tarjetas de crédito o detección de fraude, capaces de manejar situaciones bajo presión y mantener la calma.- Es importante tener un horario flexible y ser capaz de ofrecer un servicio excepcional mientras se protege la integridad de nuestras operaciones, incluso en situaciones de alta presión.- Se requieren habilidades excepcionales de comunicación para interactuar eficazmente con los clientes y otros equipos, asegurando una experiência positiva y fluida.- Contar con un enfoque orientado al cliente y una sólida comprensión de las técnicas y estrategias de prevención de fraude para identificar y mitigar riesgos.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
