As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a talented remote Business Development Specialist who will help us forge new partnerships and referrals from businesses within California.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct cold calls to potential business partners located in California- Present the value proposition of our law firm's services to both California-based businesses and potential clients- Clearly articulate our firm's expertise and competitive advantages to establish trust and credibility- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals- Track and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results- Meet and exceed monthly performance-based bonus targets**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach roles- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively pitch and close deals over the phone- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills- Familiarity with the personal injury law industry is a plus, but not required- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence**What We Offer**:- A competitive base salary with an aggressive bonus structure that rewards performance- The opportunity to work remotely from your home country- A supportive, collaborative, and innovative work environment- Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities- The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Representative: 2 years (preferred)
