Combining our flexible platform, cutting-edge technology, expansive portfolio, and passionate experts, we simplify our clients' work and enable them to deliver greater business impact.**Introduction**:We are looking for the most dynamic and talented researchers in the industry to join our amazing Mexico research team It is a great opportunity for curious, passionate, creative, and driven people who like taking ownership proactively and independently, to join us at this stage of the business and be part of its growth in the years to come.**Responsibilities**:- Independently manage research studies across a variety of methodologies and complexities.- Develop survey questionnaire and analysis plan, and provide insightful, actionable reports to the client and be able to deliver presentations.- Work together with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of project timelines.- Able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.- Excellent active listening skills.- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.- A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.**Your Profile**:- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of related industry experience.- Previous experience in various research methodologies, for example: ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentations, shopper research, etc.- Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management.- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.- Proficient in expressing him/herself perfectly in Spanish and have Advanced English, both verbally and in writing- _Please submit your CV in English_**Our Values**:**A**cting with Ownership- Demonstrating individual accountability**B**ringing a forward mindset- Being action-oriented, bold and entrepreneurial**C**ollaborating with Curiosity- Exhibiting teamwork through togetherness**D**iscussing openly, committing jointly- Sharing your views openly**E**mbracing empathy- Being egoless & caring**What we Offer**:At Toluna, we’re all about creating a welcoming, diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
