Join us as a Maintenance Coordinator.**Job Summary**The Maintenance Coordinator is the responsible to develop, managers and administration the maintenance of equipment, machinery, facilities and services in general, to achieve compliance with production schedules on all operating lines. In order to ensure that it complies with internal, customer, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain a comprehensive maintenance program encompassing predictive, preventive, and corrective measures, is in charge of carrying out the work planning, that is, the how, when and where, and the time in which the maintenance and those resulting from all the above will be executed, which is measured through a schedule of work orders supported by a schedule.- Lead the implementation of predictive maintenance and TPM.- Maintenance standard work instructions development and modification.- Manage the maintenance staff in charge efficiently to reduce equipment downtime, thus ensuring the operation of production lines, contributing to productivity, safety and quality and always seeking to eliminate risks in the operations.- Detect areas of opportunity in equipment and maintenance personnel and take actions to solve them.- Responsible to support implementation of new equipment and acceptance check list.- Drives the implementation of maintenance continuous improvement processes to create a Lean Manufacturing environment.- Proposes and manages improvent projects from beginning to end. May scope and manage large capital investment projects.- Collaborates and takes over responsibilities with other departments in preparing scope of work including project requirements, milestones, deliverables, end products and documents.- Define level of critical spare parts usage and maintenance in order to reduce cost and downtime. Well-managed parts inventory.- Complies with maintenance financial standards by contributing to the development of the departmental annual budget information, expenses monitoring and implementing corrective actions.- Manage and develop technical service providers to ensure the expected quality, cost and services.**Job Requirements and experience**:- **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field**:- **Fluency in English**:- Availability to travel.
