**Stock Management Analyst Silver**:**D****epartment**:Customer Service**Profession**:- (Marketing, Finance, etc.):_Supply Chain - Customer Service**Work Level**: WL 1B**Location**:- :_Mexico**Scope**:Silver - Soriana, HEB, City**Main Job Purpose**:_ _The stock management analyst is responsible to work with the clients’ orders to assure the stock assignation guaranteeing service levels (case fill).**Key Accountabilities**:Some of the key responsibilities include:- Order Entry validation- Product availability validation- Order Management based on priorities and carrier dispatches- Spool cleaning- Order allocation- Case fill reporting´s- C6 control- Responsible for XPA (XPAFE) activities**Professional Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer, Administration, or similar careers is required.- English fluency is preferred but not required.- Ms Office advance knowledge is highly preferably.- Knowledge on SAP ERP system or similar is preferred.**Experience Required**:- No specific experience required- If possible, experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, WH).- Teamwork.- Growth mindset.- Consumer and Customer Focus.- Bias for Action.- Accountability and Responsibility.**Stakeholders**:**Internal**:Order Management and Customer Facing.**External**: Clients’ logistic teams
