Through our 400 brands that reach 2.5 billion people every day, we aim to make a positive social impact globally and locally.**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION***MRP will be focused on analysis of information regarding to demand forecasting, giving total support to supply planning and more than 3 manufacturing factories. MRP works backward from a production plan for finished goods to develop requirements for components and raw materials.Also will be responsible for enabling optimal inventory levels that meet service level targets by the tracking of purchasing orders and on time deliveries in our several warehouses. Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES***- Carry out effective MRP activities like (back order, stock out, material reservation, exceptions, excess stock, on time availability) to meet end-user requirements at optimal inventory levels.- Schedule and place orders for items of dependent demand.- Create on time materials forecast to meet operational requirements.- Monitor the integrity of the BOMs(Bill of Materials) and manage invertory accuracy.- Prepare a weekly report on critical materials due to shortages or low coverage.- Update MRP system parameters on a weekly basis based on analysis of information. Also uploading the correct master data parameters for new and existing items.- Design new strategies to reduce inventories and track materials with short shelf life, always maintaining a zero-waste mindset.- Attend weekly innovation meetings to meet required changes on time and with mínimal waste.**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?****Experience***- **Education**: Bachelor's degree- ** Language**: Spanish & English**Required skills, education, SOL competencies and hard skills.**- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role (Supply chain, planning)- Advanced knowledge of forecasting processes- Medium or advanced English level- Medium or advanced SAP ERP- Medium or advanced EXCEL- Knowledge of inventory management**Skills**- Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills- Proactivity- Organization / Planification- Teamwork- Ability to undertake complex analysis to create information and to interpret data**Leadership***- Talent Catalyst- Personal Mastery- Purpose & Service
