As one of the largest and fastest growing sensor, actuator and component manufacturing companies in the world, CTS relies on a talented and committed workforce that is motivated to solve challenges on a large scale.Plant Managers, or Plant Operators supervise all phases of plant operations, including production, maintenance and receiving. They are responsible for the capital improvement and physical upkeep of the plant. They work closely with the production team to increase profitability and production in the manufacturing plant.**Functions**:- Overseeing all the operational activities of the plant- Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers’ requirements- Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations- Controlling expenditure and managing capital requirements within a set budgets- Preparing production and performance reports for senior management- Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers- Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant- Maintaining all administrative records- Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product**Requirements**:- College degree- Desirable specialization in technical, commercial or related fields- At least 5 years of previous experience as a plant manager- Knowledge and previous experience with SAP- Advanced English leve**We offer**:- Base salary- Schedule accessibility- More vacation days than are required by law- 30 days bonus- Vacation premium higher than the law Savings fund- Savings bank- Motivational eventsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $250,000.00 - $270,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Caja de ahorro- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualExperiência:- Gerente de Planta: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés fluido (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: In person
