Are you brave enough to start your next career journeyAt the LEGO Group, every single person on our team is united behind our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.Location: LOMReporting to: Marco VarelaBusiness Unit: OperationsContact for applicants: Eduardo ReyesBids Due: August 1Number of Positions: 4Play your part in our team success:The Production Supervisor leads a full group of operators and ensure the Key Performance Indicators of the area are met, guaranteeing the production plan fulfillment.Core Responsibilities:- The main challenges for this position are the partner management, people development, follow up the tactical implementation plan, ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentiality and participation with other plants to share best practices.- Responsible for promoting and ensuring the integrity of employees through safety tools implemented in the organization (e.g., Proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation, LOTO).- Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS)- Ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment, enhancing and optimizing resources and producing in sequence.- Training plan execution and fulfillment.- Follow up and compliance of area Key Performance Indicators.- Problem solving through root cause analysis and implementation of improvementsDo you have what it takes?- At least 2 years as Production Supervisor with experience leading minimum groups of 50 operators.- Experience to lead operational and technical employees.- Knowledge level medium in Lean Manufacturing.- Knowledge level medium in Problem Solving Tools (PDCA, PPS, 8Ds, DMAIC).- Knowledge level medium in Microsoft office tools.Join the global LEGO® teamWhat’s in it for you?
