**Your mission**:Fuel the sales pipeline. Activate campaigns. Represent cutting-edge engineering tech—with energy, structure, and results.**What You’ll Do**:- Generate qualified leads through integrated campaigns- Execute LinkedIn outreach and amplify brand presence- Plan and run customer-facing events across Mexico- Collaborate with sales to target key accounts and accelerate deals- Manage CRM workflows and use MarTech tools to track performance- Report weekly on pipeline impact and campaign results**What You Bring**:- 5+ years in marketing, sales, or pre-sales roles- Engineering interest or background—you're excited about tech- Outgoing and confident in customer interactions and events- Highly organized, process-oriented, and data-driven- Experience with marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)- Bachelor's in marketing, engineering, or analytics-focused field- Fluent Spanish and strong English- Willingness to travel ~20% across Mexico- Location: Parque Stiva Aeropuerto, Apodaca, Nuevo León**Why Join Us**:- In-office role in Nuevo León—collaborate, create, and grow with the team- Work with the latest industrial technologies- Clear performance goals tied to pipeline quota- Be part of a fast-paced, innovative marketing engine
