As a JR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER**,** you will be in charge of conducting market analysis to develop business strategies, increase the customer's buying experience and report to the ATC and Director of Operational Excellence.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop mechanisms for evaluating customer experience and loyalty.- Generate market and brand information to contribute to the commercial strategy.- Develop consumer insights that build an omnichannel experience for customers.- Lead and negotiate the construction of a standardized market information system that allows comprehensive management.- Manage information and resources to build a business “data-driven decision” system.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in administration or marketing.- At least 5 years of proven experience in data mining and data administration.- Intermediate level of English to understand digital terms.- Desirable intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and Oracle.- Availability to work fully onsite #LI-Hybrid.- The job´s workplace is located at Tultitlan, Estado de Mexico.Benefits: Private health and life insurance.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
