**Job Purpose**Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the master production schedule across all manufacturing facilities, leading the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process from a planning perspective to ensure efficient resource utilization and meet customer demands at all Kauffman production sites. This role requires ongoing collaboration with scheduling, production, supply chain, materials, and logistics departments to optimize planning processes and achieve operational goals through the use of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP systems.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Develop and implement the master production schedule to meet customer demands and company objectives.- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and materials teams to align planning activities across all manufacturing sites.- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate material supply and minimize excess stock.- Lead the demand forecast review process and adjust plans as necessary to adapt to changes.- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.- Develop and maintain required records and documentation in compliance with ISO systems.- Use ERP systems to manage planning parameters, including lead times, yields, success rates, and production rates.- Conduct capacity planning in collaboration with each engineering department to ensure production capabilities meet forecasted demand.- Implement and integrate new technologies and processes to improve planning efficiency.**Required Qualifications: Experience/ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Experience minimum of 7 years in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role.- Thorough understanding of ERP systems, Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning.- Strong data analysis, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.- Work Environment remote, with occasional travel to other manufacturing sites as required.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- Preferred APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.- Must be bilingual Spanish/English**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)Work Location: In person
