With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, Sanhua Automotive specializes in components and systems for electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid vehicles, and traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.We are hiring**Quality System Engineer**Summary of the positionImplementation, monitoring, evaluation and improvement of the QMS to add to the achievement of the Quality objectives and the fulfillment of the Customer requirements**Responsabilities**:1. Follows up and/or executes actions for the communication and understanding of the Quality Policy within the organization, to keep it available to interested parties.2. Collaborates/Develop the audit plan/program (internal and external), executes internal audits, prepares the corresponding reports to provide the timely communication of the results of implementation level of QMS and the compliance vs. the CSR´s3. Involves and supports the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the processes necessary for the Quality Management System, verifying that the existing documentation are consistently implemented by the responsible personnel during the execution of internal audits.4. Reports to the Quality Systems Coordinator the progress of the activities inherent to the position or those that have been assigned in a timely and precise manner to know compliance in terms of effectiveness, deviations and if necessary, develop plans to achieve compliance or applicable improvements5. Keep the matrix of the specific requirements of the customers updated vs. The requirements of the QMS to facilitate its knowledge and integration in the organization6. Know and comply with the IATF-16949 Quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards and the organizational quality objectives**Requierements**:At least 2 years in QMS or Quality areaExperience in the Industry, Knowledge of ISO - IATFCore Tools CertificateIATF 16949 Internal Auditor QualificationCSR KnowledgeEnglish advancedBachelor Degree with titleExperience in automotive industryPay: From $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
