Customer Care Supervisor, Capability Center Operations

Do you want to join a growing team? In Assurant Customer Care Supervisor to join Assurant's Global Capability Center.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of 15 to 30 people, monitoring KPIs, and providing training, coaching, motivation, and direction while creating an environment that encourages commitment, increased productivity, and superior quality.
- Participates in regularly scheduled conference calls with clients designed to obtain feedback on the performance of the team, and to provide an opportunity to implement any necessary procedural changes.
- Partners with the manager on process improvements and workflow to ensure business objectives are met.
- Train, coach, and engage team members while fostering teamwork and a great work environment. Supervisors also discuss and help prioritize development needs aligned with business needs and their current role or future career interests, help identify on-the-job development opportunities, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Work Location: Retiro, CABA. Hybrid.

Minimum Requirements:
Advanced English level.
At least two years of experience working as a team leader.
One or more years of experience in a Customer Service position.
Experience working in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
