Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:**Automation Lead**- **Key Responsibilities**_- **Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement.- **Skills and attributes for success**_- Problem solver, strong automation skillsets, strategical approach and excellent communication skills- **To qualify for the role you must have**_- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and more than 9 years of relevant work experience- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams- Other Strengths required are Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking, Agility and Intercultural Sensitivity- Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team- Project management experience in an engineering / test environment- Good understanding and hands on in Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts- Should be able to work in collaboration to drive/implement automation strategy and guide the team.- Experience with different test automation approaches using the tools Selenium with Java / Python- **Knowledge at scripting/coding level**_- Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes- Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills- Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics- Data Testing Management- Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams- Proficiency managing/implementing Control Version- **Ideally, you’ll also have**_- Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt- Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and nonfunctional domains- Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up needs, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives- Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches- Generate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes- Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements- Supports in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture- Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications.**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).**If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.****Job type**: Remote.**Location**: Mexico**Salary**: OPEN**Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Radicas en México?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- visa de trabajo en México?
