Objetivo del puesto: Responsable de las operaciones hoteleras de la propiedad, las áreas de responsabilidad incluyen: Front Desk, Bell man, Housekeeping, Seguridad, Boutique, Alimentos y Bebidas y Cocina. Se asegura que las operaciones de estas áreas cumplan con los estándares de marca, enfocándose en las necesidades de los huéspedes así como la satisfacción y compromiso de los talentos. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Planificar y dirigir las operaciones, incluyendo calidad, estándares, limpieza, satisfacción de los huéspedes. Asegurarse de que cada departamento a su cargo entregue consistentemente altos estándares de servicio. Responsable de lograr los objetivos de ingresos y ventas de habitaciones, Alimentos y bebidas y Boutique, asegurando el estándar de servicio adecuado para los huéspedes, vigilando de cerca los costos. Dirigir la estrategia para aumentar los ingresos de las áreas a su cargo. Se asegura de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad requeridos. Asegurarse de que el servicio de los huéspedes desde que se registran hasta el final de su estadía sea extraordinaria. Supervisar el presupuesto y las cuentas de las áreas a su cargo y verificar los resultados obtenidos. Llevar a cabo reuniones regulares de operaciones con todos los HOD para discutir asuntos operativos de rutina, objetivos de desempeño departamentales y comentarios de los huéspedes. Asegurarse de que la seguridad en la propiedad sea la adecuada y alineada a las leyes locales. Gestionar los recursos humanos a su cargo, realizando planificación mensual, evaluaciones de rendimiento, formaciones departamentales y atendiendo demandas internas de los mismos. Asegurar que cualquier incidente es reportado al Jefe Directo para su conocimiento y actuación en caso necesario. Seguir las políticas de imagen pública y uniformidad en todo momento. Fomentar un clima laboral positivo y de excelencia en todo momento. Cumplir en todo momento con las medidas referidas a Seguridad y PRL en el trabajo. Licenciatura en Administración, Hotelería, Turismo, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. Capacidad para garantizar estándares de calidad, servicio y excelencia operativa. Excelente comunicación, liderazgo y habilidades interpersonales. Habilidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y resolución de problemas. Dominio de herramientas de gestión operativa y sistemas hoteleros (PMS, CRM, ERP). Dominio del idioma Inglés, deseable, dominio de otros idiomas.
