Improve the quality and efficiency of the financial statements reporting and VAT returns.**Key Responsibilities**:- 1. In charge of the presentation of the financial information of US and MX countries and the consolidation of both countries with the compliance of Mexican GAAP, International GAAP and US GAAP. - USA and México.2. Supervise the different areas of the Accounting and tax departments that operate in the US and MX countries. USA and México.3. Improve the quality and efficiency of the Accounting and Tax department. USA and México.4. Work closely with managers to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve. the company's short, medium, and long-term objectives. USA and México.5. Looking to make improvements to procedures and controls in the US and MX management. USA and México.6. Support the finance Director on financial, accounting, tax compliance, policies, process decisions of both countries. USA and México.7. Elaboration of the Accounting and tax department policies. USA and México.8. Software and process implementations related to improvements in the Accounting and tax departments. USA and México.9. In charge of the accounting and fiscal year-end close with the compliance of Mexican GAAP, International GAAP and US GAAP.10. In charge of all the government procedures in US and MX countries. México and USA.11. Follow up, feedback and coaching of the different areas of the Accounting and tax department.
