***:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other relevant passive recruitment methods.- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, providing expert advice and coaching throughout the recruitment process.- In partnership with the HR Generalist and Business Partner teams prepare attractive hiring packages, negotiate salaries, and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.- Track record of success filling roles at all levels- Develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including the use of LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, campus recruitment efforts, etc.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships- Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and cooperation**EXPERIENCE**:- At least 2 years of previous experience hiring for technical roles- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field.
