As a leading agency in the industry, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner for businesses looking to grow and expand their online presence.As our company continues to grow, we are also committed to expanding our philanthropic goals and supporting children in need worldwide.**Position**:PPC Operations Manager Full time, Remote**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee the daily operations of the PPC division, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and align with company objectives.- Monitor team workflows and manage task assignments, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet campaign deadlines.- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPC performance, providing updates to senior management.- Conduct regular audits of PPC campaigns for quality assurance and adherence to best practices.- Support PPC specialists by removing operational roadblocks, facilitating resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams when needed.- Ensure all processes and procedures within the PPC division are documented, up-to-date, and optimized for efficiency.- Collaborate with the PPC team to maintain compliance with industry standards, ad policies, and client requirements.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within digital marketing or PPC.- Familiarity with PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Social Ads, and LSA.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.- Ability to analyze data, generate performance reports, and make process improvement recommendations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team oversight and cross-functional collaboration.**Why Join Us?**At EMRG, we offer a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
