4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Excellent written and spoken Mexican Spanish and EnglishRing is looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed marketing manager to drive brand awareness in Mexico, through innovative and creative marketing strategies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing efforts in Mexico. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to develop, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns—including paid digital, ATL, organic social, and experimental A/B testing of new channels and creatives. You will work closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. A deep understanding of the local Mexican market, consumer behavior, and media landscape is essential to crafting effective strategies that resonate with our audience. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities- Build and execute brand and performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results across multiple channels.- Test and scale new marketing channels—both online and offline—to reach the right audiences in fresh and effective ways.- Set up and refine campaign experiments, using A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimise performance.- Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to collaborate on creative production.- Manage relationships with agencies and advertising platforms to explore new opportunities, negotiate placements, and stay ahead of industry trends.- Define key metrics and processes to standardise how campaigns are tracked, measured, and optimised.- Monitor and adapt to local consumer behavior to refine strategies based on consumer behavior, industry shifts, and emerging trends.- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
