Paystand is venture-backed, having been consistently recognized as one of the top innovators in FinTech, and fastest growing companies in the world.**Role at a Glance**Under limited direction, you will provide solutions and direction in the delivery of sophisticated graphic & video design products, which support the preparation of signage, printed/digital media, and visual content, utilizing creative, professional, and project management skills, tools, and techniques for various projects.**Responsibilities**- Provide appealing design solutions that reflect current trends, and a strategic approach to problem-solving.- Producing media and digital work and web design is a plus.- Deliver projects and improve skills using Adobe Products (Illustrator and InDesign) GSuite tools, Project Management and Workflow tools (salesforce)- Interact with all levels of people from peers to executives.- Handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines -including booklets, brochures, signage, advertisements, presentations, invitations, and proposals.- Handle quick turnaround projects for strategic opportunities.- Help define the organic growth vision, strategy, and reporting cadence for our website.- Main video artist for content and materials pertaining to all local efforts.- In charge of developing and enforcing brand image identity across all different channels- Planning and coordinating assets and materials from diverse sources.- Benchmark the industry and identify the trendsetting and improvable aspects of the product's image.**Personality traits**- Your planner or calendar is your best friend- You do your best work best under limited supervision- Your attitude and energy bring positivity to any situation- You take a step back and evaluate the whole picture when solving a problem.- You prioritize your responsibilities efficiently- You understand print and fabrication materials and their associated costs- You have a natural interest in communicating with other cultures**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role- Proficiency in Adobe products and Microsoft Office- Editorial design experience and acumen is preferred- English as a second language is a must- Availability to travel based on business needs- A small portion of what we do uses web design, so experience in this is a plus- A portfolio that shows your work as a graphic designer.- Please add both English resume and portfolio**Perks**- Salary + competitive equity in a high growth-stage startup- Mayor Medical Health Insurance- Food Vouchers- Saving Funds- Stock Options- Flexible and Generous PTO (vacations)- Opportunity for advancement & growth in a rapidly expanding team- Mentorship, learning & education programs- Smart, motivated team that likes to have fun- Mission-driven culture, where your work matters**Availability**:- Bay area/Scotts Valley, CA.
