**Production Manager**Administrar, coordinar, planear y gestionar el recurso humano y herramientas de producción ajustándose a los requerimientos del programa de producción, calidad y costos de operación con base en una cultura de Manufactura Esbelta para asegurar el cumplimiento y ejecución de los indicadores en los tiempos, con la calidad y cantidades establecidos.**Requisitos**:- Titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o Manufactura- Inglés avanzado- Más de 5 años de experiência en el área de producción (puestos de liderazgo)- Conocimientos en procesos de producción donde aplique Laser, Doblado, Pintura en polvo, Ensamble, Soldadura, Electropunteado Punzonado.- Implementación de estrategias de mejora, dentro de la manufactura esbelta**Funciones Principales.**- Garantizar una adecuada gestión y administración de producción para cumplir con los requerimientos del programa de producción.- Liderar, coordinar y gestionar a los integrantes de su equipo para establecer metas, objetivos, acciones y esfuerzos.- Apoyar en la coordinación de nuevos proyectos.- Promover la calidad en el proceso productivo para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y evitar devoluciones- Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción emitido por logística.- Validar y gestionar los programas e indicadores. (FUP, 5´s, Kanban, OEE, Fill rate, Scrap, eficiencia, etc.).- Controlar y mantener la plantilla de gente con la competencia correspondiente, de acuerdo, al headcount establecido, así como desarrollo de matriz de habilidades y su evaluación.- Administrar el presupuesto, de acuerdo, a Budget establecido.- Realizar las actividades asociadas con documentación y control documental, en la Identificación y valoración de áreas de oportunidad,- Implementar, coordinar y participar en manufactura esbeltaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $110,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con titulo y/o cédula profesional?- ¿Cuales procesos de metalmecanica ha visto?
